- If the product is received in a damaged form or is faulty, please share a picture along with an unedited video of unpacking the parcel on the same date of arrival at email@example.com and we will arrange for a replacement. We have a 48 hours return policy after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return/ exchange your item must not be purchased in sale must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- There is no return on seeds, coco coins, soil, and potting mix. We have taken special care to include high-quality seeds. But germination of seeds is also affected by external factors beyond our control. Hence they would not be exchanged or returned.
- To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how, where to send your package and you will have to arrange for the return and its shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your return was approved or not. If approved, you can make a separate purchase for a new item against the credit.
- Orders sold at discounted prices and in sales cannot be exchanged or returned.
